Buenos tardes everyone! Me and my business partner are looking for a 1-3 bed apartment to rent out in either Condesa, Roma, Escandon, Juarez or Polanco etc that would allow professional short term rental management (Air b n b) from now onwards, at least until end of July but looking for longer aswell. I’m a long term resident in cdmx and will take full responsibility for maintenance, regular cleaning and care of the property. If anyone knows of a landlord open to this arrangement or has a lead, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
