Looking for a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment - Condesa, Roma(s), Palanco, Tacubaya, Narvarte

I am a remote worker, also visiting CDMX through January (maybe longer) to be closer to friends and family. I am looking for a QUIET 1-2 bedroom apartment that has some kind of outdoor access (balcony, terrace, etc) and is bright and well lit, as well as fully furnished with a completely stocked kitchen. I'd prefer 24-hour security and want a location that is close to amenities, safe, and walkable. I am quiet, clean, and respectful. I may have a friend or two come and visit. No partiers, only smoking outside. No pets. I definitely need a quiet location as I work in audio recording. My maximum rent is $45000/month mex and I would like to move in by November 1, but ideally could move in October 24. Thank you
