Apartment Under $20,000 MXN/Month in Mexico
Thank you for asking this question, Laura & requesting feedback! šŖš¼ I specifically like the *under 20k* category as I am actively looking for a place under 20k. So the main topic isnāt if itās 1 or 2 bedrooms - but is the apartment under 20k budget. I would prefer the group staying under 20k as that keeps it clean to a certain budget whilst over 20k apartments are posted in all other real estate groups & FB constantly & repetitive anyways. I also would love a limit on how many times an apartment is posted a week - once a week would be great! Only if the price is lowered, they can post the new price with a mention that price has lowered. I saw one place where the price lowered lately & I contacted them after the price was lowered, as it fit my budget better. Hope this helps! Happy Monday to everyone!

Hello. I started that discussion about the 20k max. Yesterday.. I joined this group to find affordable housing (my limit is 15k not even 20k) and the first post i saw was something for 22k. So i called it out cause as the name and rules say : up to 20k. Now as someone living in playa on a budget this group could be very helpful. But even if it is a reasonable price, living on a budget does not make the budget magically grow just because it is reasonable.. (= Most of the availavble apartments on FB or other sites are often sitting around 20k, so having this group where the focus is on below the average price you find online, is the reason this group is so inviting and interesting. I personally would have not joined a group that goes to 25k. Since it is already too much above my budget. But i am just here for 24h, i can just give a very neutral opinion to that.
