Lo que busco: 📍 Ubicación: Condesa (preferente), Roma Norte/Sur, Escandón, Juárez, o abierto a otras colonias vecinas. 🛏 Distribución: 2 Recámaras | 1 o 2 Baños. 🛋️ Estilo: Amueblado con estilo y calidez. Busco un hogar real con personalidad, no un Airbnb genérico. ☀️ Esenciales: Excelente luz natural, cocina bien equipada, centro de lavado en el departamento y espacio exterior (balcón, terraza o acceso a roof garden). 🗓️ Fechas: Idealmente del 1 de nov al 15-30 de jun (8 meses), pero estoy abierto a estancias de 4 a 6 meses si las fechas no coinciden perfectamente. 💰 Presupuesto: Flexible según las características y la ubicación del departamento (lo platicamos por privado).
