Hi! My name is Keavon, and I'm looking for a sublet, apartment, or room to rent in CDMX starting October 27th, preferably on a month-to-month basis. I'm originally from Toronto and work remotely. I'm quiet, clean, respectful, and trustworthy. I'm returning to CDMX after spending four months here earlier this year, so I'm already familiar with the city and really enjoyed my time here. My budget is around $10,500 MXN per month. I'd ideally prefer areas like Roma Norte, Juárez, Condesa, or Roma Sur, but I'm also open to other nearby neighborhoods. I'm flexible with the type of accommodation, whether it's a private room in a shared apartment or a small apartment of my own. Ideally, I'm looking for a clean, comfortable place with reliable Wi-Fi.
