Apartment Wanted in South Mexico City

Looking for an apartment in the south of Mexico City, along Metrobús Line 1, between Metro Insurgentes and Mixcoac: Roma Sur, Hipódromo, Nápoles, Narvarte, Del Valle, Mixcoac. I currently live in Tlacoquemecatl and want to stay in that area. It can be a one-bedroom apartment or a room in a shared apartment, whatever works out better. Furnished, well-equipped kitchen, quiet. Up to $12,000/month. Long term, minimum one year. I can move in between September 15th and October 1st. I'm Max, 35, French, six years in Mexico City.
