Hello. Looking for a 1bdr+ place *April 16 - June 27* in proximity to Condesa/Roma, ideally close to Parque Mexico. Prefer my own place, but willing to look at house shares / rooms for rent as well. Mostly looking for overall value. Budget is 42k MXN ish (but again, mostly looking for overall value, willing to pay more for a nicer place).
