Private room in Anzures for $25,000 MXN/month

Hi!! I'm trying to move my mother to CDMX and ideally find her a furnished room in a 2BR (living with someone) for a few months (or long term if it feels good) so that she's not alone while she gets set up. Safe feeling areas/neighborhoods and sunlight are important to her. Size is less important. She will make the apartment cleaner than you've ever experienced! Shes older, but young in spirit (here we are rocking it at Xochibeats - she loves house music and meeting people!). Budget ~ 25000 but negotiable from middle of March 🙏🙏🙏
