Between 20 to 30 k *Mandatory:* A lot of light in the common spaces, lot of closets, really good internet speed and a parking space. Washing machine In between 2 and 60 and above 25. 10 minutes walking to the beach. *Would be nice:* working desk, a bathub or a terrace to put a Jaccuzzi or a Jaccuzi in the amenities, an oven.
