Hi friends I need some help I have a client for a long term rental. 25k is the budget. He looking for something between 38 street to 42. And between 1st and 10 av. 1 to 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms with laundry inside. Is 2 adults couple, 1 Chihuahua. Very clean and organize. Starting in April.
