I am looking for an apartment for a client. I am putting together options for a temporary rental for a family with the following specifications: For: couple + 1 girl. Location: Downtown, before Av. 30 (preferred). Unit: 1 or 2 bedrooms, minimum 1 bedroom (not a studio), with a living room/living space. Dates: Check-in January 5 → Check-out February 17 (approx. 6 weeks). Maximum budget: $35,000 MXN/month (or proportional to the length of stay).
