Villa in Holistika Veleta Tulum | 2 Bedrooms with Pool

Amazing stay in every way. Villa was much bigger than the photos look. Everything worked and was very comfortable. Highly recommend. Thank you to the amazing hosts.

It was all in all a good experience and a good time with maybe a little bit more maintaince work as we wished for ourselves but it’s a such a beautiful house. The acoustic in the living room is not the best. David is one of the best hosts ever we met here in tulum so helpful and responsive. Thank you again for your efforts day in day out.

The place is very Tulum-style, very nice, spacious, with adequate privacy since it is surrounded by nature. I would definitely stay there again.

The perfect place to stay in Tulum. <br/>We stayed at Sotik Tulum and loved our time here! <br/>It was situated perfectly for us. Close enough to the highways for our adventures with the children to the cenotes and the mayan ruins. Also close enough to experience Tulums vibrant lifestyle but not so close that there is no escape when you just want ro relax. <br/>The place is massive too which the photos don't really show so well. <br/>When we arrived the jungle and nature had taken over slightly which is not a negative at all. We contacted the host and within a few hours we had a pool cleaner and his staff there to give the place a once over.<br/>The owners staff were one of our highlights. I won't mention their names but they had so much character and took time to play with our children and make us laugh constantly. <br/>I would definitely recommend staying here if you have the chance. It's truly a beautiful place.

Sotik Tulum was a great place to stay during our trip to Tulum! I would highly recommend this location to those who plan to travel with their families to this area!

For our first time in Mexico, Sotik house was definitely worth it! It was in the most perfect location close to all part of Tulum so it was very easy to drive around. The hosts were super helpful and very responsive at all hours of the day. During our stay, we had some hot water issues and they were able to send people to come fix it right away which I appreciated a lot. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again!

truthfully too pleasant

We had a really nice stay, Tulum has a special vibe and Sotik house captures that. The trees and butterflyes next to the pool create a magic atmosphere. Having Holistika couple blocks walking distance made our days extra special since getting to the beach areas is about 15/20 min drive.

Sotik Tulum is a great place for private escape. Very well planned and maintained. Great location.

Sotik Tulum is a wonderful property that is on a quiet road that is far enough to feel remote, but close enough to enjoy the many things that Tulum has to offer. The hosts are amazing and made everything smooth and easy. We highly recommend.

Beautiful house in a great location. (We love this part of tulum)<br/>We had a very pleasant stay. <br/>For our 11 months old baby, Dave got us a pack and play and a high chair. He was also flexible with our check in and check out which made our stay super easy. <br/>I highly recommend it. <br/>🙏🏽

The house is beautiful, very spacious and nicely furnished and in a beautiful location, however upon arrival we noticed a strong musty smell. The floor was dusty and there were a lot of spiders in the bedroom, so we had to hunt for insects every day before sleeping. You stay in the jungle on a ground floor with a garden, so this is to be expected, but if the house were thoroughly cleaned it could be prevented.

Gorgeous place, host was always available to answer questions and super helpful. Would definitely stay again! :)

The aesthetic of the home was exactly like pictured and the hospitality from the host was wonderful. Make sure when trying to get a taxi to include the landmarks they give you to help the drivers find you. The only negatives I could think of is a couple of towels had stains on it and ants that were on the counter but nothing outrageous. Would definitely recommend!
