Great common green and pool areas, basketball court, Pickleball court, dog parks, barbecue, and eating areas, and very close to the highway and stores like Chedraui and Walmart (within walking distance). This house is for rent for only 15,000 but it's available now until July 31. After that there is a tenant moving in. Does not include utilities. Please contact me privately if interested. It's a nice place but it lacks a soccer field because the neighbors who are next to the field only complain and the maintenance cost is very expensive

Beautiful residence but the hostess Diana and her caretaker, Nancy, left a sour taste in our mouth with their rental when they racked up fake reasons to keep all our money. Would stay again but not in Ceiba 5. It was a ripoff with major issues.
