Studio on CTM Ave and 10th

Hello Group, I have an available studio on CTM Ave and 10th for rent for only 1 month, from November to December 15th. After this period, the price will increase. The studio includes a bed, kitchenette, air conditioning, WiFi, 1 bathroom, and access to a swimming pool. The rent is $10,000 pesos with a $5,000 pesos deposit. The contract includes all utilities.
