Excellent place

Super good, I loved it, plus it's very well located

If you're just passing through, the place is fine and nice, but if you're looking for something long-term I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT, something is constantly failing in the condominium, if it's not the water pump, it's the elevator, the power goes out at least 6 times a month. Seriously, that condominium has many problems and I understand that the area is under development but I've seen other complexes in areas that are just as underdeveloped without so many problems

We spent three wonderful weeks at Xibalba Apartments and really enjoyed our stay. Nestled in the middle of the Tulum jungle, it’s a peaceful and quiet place, perfect for relaxing and listening to the sounds of nature—especially the many birds that sing throughout the garden. The facilities and amenities are very well maintained. You can see the staff working from early morning to keep the pools and gardens spotless. We especially loved the two swimming pools, the gym, and the yoga areas. We only wish the fireplace had been functional, and while the on-site bar/restaurant wasn’t operating yet during our stay, it looks very promising and will definitely add to the atmosphere once open. Do note that the location requires some kind of transportation. We’d recommend renting a bike or scooter over a car—it’s easier to get around and helps avoid parking hassles and fees. Definitely avoid relying on taxis; unfortunately, the local taxi system is overpriced and unreliable.

As always, what you get depends on the unit you rent and your host. I had an amazing host who was very responsive and dealt with issues promptly. I loved the apartment I stayed in. It’s brand new, and I was the first guest to stay in it. The building is well constructed, and premium materials were used—nothing feels flimsy. The furnishings and bedding were perfect: a super comfortable bed, good-quality sheets, and lots of pillows. The hot water was excellent—boiling hot with amazing water pressure. They also have laundry machines. The only thing I didn’t like was the dirt road leading to the building. The community and building management need to get the city to pave it.

Hard to find but a great location once you do. Everything is close enough and far enough.

Excellent place! Nice facilities! Quiet! The reception guys are friendly! I recommend booking it through Airbnb! It's a bit far from the center, but it's very close to the beach! It's impossible without a car/motorcycle! It's completely isolated! Highly recommendable! 🏝️☀️

A great condominium very well located close to the hotel zone and the beach. It has a gas station nearby and also a 7-Eleven to buy groceries.
