Super cute and pretty

Neo itself is very nice, the appartments are very spatious and new, but there is a lot of noise during the day and ar night, there is a couple renting long term with a baby that cries all the time, they are always outside and also the lady shouts very loud, it is very upsetting as we rented the Penthouse to enjoy the quietness and nature...can't understand how people like that are allowed in such a nice condominium.

Nice comfy place, clean, quite and safe. We have stayed 3 times in Neo III. Highly recommended, is about 7-10 mins from the beach, they opened a cafeteria shop about 1 block away, and have a paddle club around back. If you want peace, and quiet place this will be the place and area to be.

Excellent Stay!!! I had an amazing experience staying at Apartment 14. It was clean, peaceful, and exactly as described. The location was perfect — close to shops, restaurants, Beach and cenotes, yet quiet and peaceful at night. The internet connection was fast and reliable, and the desk and chair were very comfortable, which made my zoom meeting a breeze. The host was very friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out super easy. I especially appreciated the washer/dryer machine, towels and a well-equipped kitchen. The rooftop with plunge pool it's definitely the best part of the apartment! I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay!

Great location!!! 10 minutes from downtown Tulum and Beach. All the popular attractions(cenotes/Laguna) are 10-20 minutes from this location. I’ve stayed at Neo3 every time I visit Tulum. The area is peaceful and quiet away from the crowds and noise.

I came here to Neo because I thought it was going to be a relaxing and calm area, but its not at all. On a Sunday morning at 8 am, there is a super loud construction right next to us that started just a few days after renting. Now we are stuck with this because we were never told. I came to Tulum to be relaxed, and its the total opposite. The lack of respect on a Sunday morning at 8am!!! I work remote, and this is impossible everyday.

We’re currently renting here and it has been chaotic. Building is extremely loud, and now construction has started right next to the building, even on a Sunday. This has become a nightmare. I do not recommend renting any unit in this place. Tulum is meant to be a peaceful and relaxing experience, and this is the complete opposite.

Condominio muy bonito, con zona de Parking, área de gimnasio, alberca, seguro, fácil de acceso en auto/bici/moto ya que se encuentra en la calle 29 Pte es de las pocas calles pavimentadas, te lleva a la Av. Kukulkán y Coba.
