Cancelled and they agreed to pay back one night back. After asking for it several times, by myself and by booking.com they just ignored it and never paid me back. Horrible, would never go here because this says a lot about how you treat people.

The penthouse is very beautiful, the bed is delicious and the decoration is very avant-garde. The staff was very friendly and attentive, a compliment to the girls who always made us feel at home. The only issue was the jacuzzi, you have to request that they heat it with two hours in advance, we requested it, but the water never warmed up... The area is super quiet but somewhat popular around it. It is located away from the hotel area and the beach, to get there you can use the hotel's bicycles (at no cost), or you can request a taxi. If you decide to visit the beach by bicycle it will take you 30 minutes to get there, if you request a taxi or go by car it will take you 12 minutes. The convenient option would be to rent a car since taxis are excessively expensive.

Lovely and helpful hosts (thank you all for your welcome and assistance).. Magnificent apartment, spacious, comfortable and functional. Top-notch bedding! Beautiful pool area.. I recommend it.

The facilities lack some maintenance. The rooms are very nice, just one detail with the closets that don't open well, they are very heavy and need maintenance.
