Studio Apartment in Region 15, Tulum

It is a beautiful place to rest, quiet, a very spacious and clean pool, a beautiful paradise

I stayed two nights with my family and everything was very nice. The space is very well maintained, you can hear many birds, and even though we had several cloudy days, the pool had warm water which was perfect for swimming. Just remember to bring mosquito repellent because there are quite a few. I would definitely go again.

Total beautiful, brand new like, beautiful King size bed, kitchen well equip, friendly staff, but only speak Spanish They try to understand and help you. Shower are on the cold side and you get one roll of toilet per week. After that you must pay for more. Location is a little tricky side to find but is in the middle of Tulum ( town) and the Tulum the beach. I would have no problem coming back. I think we had the best room in the place # 108 Very Very safe area !!

I love my stay here. So beautiful, so quiet, so peaceful 😌 Thank you to all staff who work hard here to make this place clean (in the jungle) and well maintained.

It has sauna and steam room and a thousand amenities! It's like living in the jungle and 10 minutes from the supermarket. Very productive combination.

AVOID THIS PLACE AND RENTAL COMPANY. I would avoid this place entirely, the host didn't provide wifi instructions leaving us with no service for any problems as there is no cell service in this area. This place has very little parking, and is too far away from the main area and beach to walk so you would have to pay for a taxi if you don't have a car. We arrived and the pool was dirty with leaves and dirt and the pump wasn't turn on so the pool was slimy. There is an electrical pole outside the room that has visible electrical arcs every .5 seconds and is extremely unsafe and causes a noise 24/7 which you can hear from inside at night. I explained my concerns to air b and b and stated I had to leave as the noise and danger were too much so we left 2 days early. Management is terrible, they take too long to provide any real help and will remove your review from air b and b. AVOID THIS PLACE AND RENTAL COMPANY.

Excellent place, beautiful! First-class service, everything new and freshly made, impressive vegetation, only 10 minutes from the beach, you can breathe tranquility and peace, they treated us like a 5-star hotel. I highly recommend it.

Very nice place. The people are very friendly. Everything is very new. We stayed with my children in a two-bedroom apartment. It is very comfortable. There are bicycles to use, they only ask for identification. The pool is very nice and spacious. There is also lots of vegetation, I loved it!

Artra Tulum is truly exceptional. The rooms are spotless, the staff is incredibly friendly, and the common areas are outstanding. The entire development is impressive — a perfect place to relax and enjoy Tulum. Highly recommended.
