"The location is hard to beat. You're just steps from the beach, and the ocean views are beautiful. The rooms are simple but comfortable enough if you're looking for an affordable place to stay. I noticed some reviews complaining about the noise during the day because of nearby construction. If you're planning to spend most of your day at the beach or exploring the island, it really isn't a huge issue. For the price, this place is very doable. It may not be a luxury stay, but it's a solid budget-friendly option with a great location. If you set your expectations accordingly, you'll likely enjoy your stay."

Go to the restaurant that is downstairs. La Vita al Mare is spectacular. The octopus is a must!! The sangrias, the beef carpaccio, the delicious tiramisu!!!

It's between 3 construction sites and there's noise, the building was dirty, the elevator didn't work, the reception service was terrible, we asked them please to cancel our reservation and they said they weren't going to do anything in a very rude way. The apartment was dirty with hair, a dead fly, they came to clean moving the hair from one side to another with a dry towel, I had to clean everything myself, the floor, and toilet, wipe down surfaces. A disgrace and complete lack of respect, it's a shame because the building is nice, but the conditions and treatment are terrifying.

In decline, they don't have the elevators working, and the free rooms for Mexicans are on the 5th floor. They are the cure truthfully

The room I got was facing the back, my view was the construction work that occupies all sides of the hotel, very noisy with so much construction, in the 3 days we were there, no maid came to clean the room, the last morning we went to the pool, but there were workers working while we were there, I asked for my invoice, they told me they would send it to me by email, it's been 1 week since we returned and I still haven't received it. The place is very nice, but they don't have the professionalism to run a hotel.

270 Degree Construction Zone!!!!! Avoid at all costs!!!!! Outside of the staff being friendly this was, without question, the worst hotel experience I have had in Mexico. First off, the building is sandwiched in between 3 giant construction projects, one of which directly faced the room — one of the construction projects affording absolutely zero privacy to the wandering eyes of the workers. Thankfully, outside of a little hammering on the weekend, things were pretty quiet. Come Monday, however, the scene turned into a semi-apocalyptic cacophony. The receptionist had the audacity to try and tell me that there would be just a little nois! I would have had slightly more tolerance for this but the rooms are absolutely paper thin in their sound proofing and the locals staying at the hotel had zero reservations about blasting their music full volume, shaking my walls. To compound matters, the first night I stayed, the couple next door proceeded to walk into their rooms at 11:30 and proceeded to watch a Spanish horror film at deafening volume which literally shook my walls. This lasted until about 1:15 in the morning. Granted, this occurrence in a Mexican hotel is commonplace and there is not the same level of respect and privacy in regards to noise pollution that exists in the west. The problem is that I was paying a little less than western rates for the room! If you are a sensitive sleeper and abhor noise pollution, this place will surely be a living hell for you. Do not expect to sleep well! Lastly, the hot water in my shower went out the first day (and still has not been repaired) and the elevator also malfunctioned, leaving me to walk up five flights of stairs with a massive jar of water; no help was offered! Overall, I could not recommend this place any less and want to advise anybody to avoid it like the plague itself.

Good service, the room is very nice and has an excellent view. The spectacular pool, I recommend it if the beach has a lot of sargassum.

We arrived at 5pm, they took us to the room right away and when the door opened a man came out who had that room assigned to him, then they assigned us another one and it wasn't clean, they asked us to wait for it to be cleaned (so far so good 😳🙄 second "red flag"), later that night when we returned to the room I went to take a shower and there was no water pressure, only 3 drops came out (literally) we went to bed and at 1am we heard noises at the door, they opened it with the code but couldn't because I had put the double lock on, I heard a man's voice asking who was in the room, I opened the door and saw a guy with a motorcycle helmet on and told him to step away from my door, we had to leave the place to feel safe. Horror story.... The worst experience!!!!

Work in the hotel. Construction sites everywhere surrounding the hotel. Infernal.. the noise! the dust.. seriously to avoid. Very expensive compared to the services offered. ! No glasses, no dishes. Hotel barely finished.. Apart from the adorable staff.. ! And when the work goes higher it will be even more of a horror..
