Studio Apartment in Playa del Carmen

Good and quiet place. Highly recommended since it is close to restaurants, supermarkets, beach, etc. All of this within walking distance.

The building is very quiet, the pool is beautiful, you can see the sea in the distance. It is very central.

It is 300 meters from 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen, don't rent a car, at the end of 5th Avenue are the ferries to go to Cozumel, in Cozumel you can pay for cheaper tours. On 5th Avenue you can find more tours to go to Chichén Itzá, Xcaret, Cozumel, Tulum. Excellent location, sometimes the outlets didn't work, the elevator didn't either and the pool for the first two days.

Unit 203 doesn't pay their rent and when we rented it to us on Airbnb they didn't give us access to the amenities offered on the platform. I understand it's a separate issue but they gave us a hard time. We had to dry our clothes in the apartment because we couldn't access the laundry due to issues with the person who offered us the apartment. Just so the same doesn't happen to you.

The location of Vanessa 20 is close to all services on foot. The apartment is very nice, especially well equipped, it's brand new. The roof top with a beautiful pool, a BBQ, lounge chairs etc... Washer dryer available in the building. Great experience !!!

Beautiful apartments, everything is decorated with taste, very well located, grocery store, bank, pharmacy, restaurants nearby. A few minutes walk from 5th Avenue and the magnificent beach.

Amazing apartment, the decoration is sublime, quiet place but very well located close to everything. The supermarket is 2 minutes walk away. The beach is 5-10 minutes walk away depending on your pace
