The place is incredible, a place to rest and feel surrounded by nature. I loved the central pool. The rooftop pools have a very beautiful view

The place has a beautiful design but all of that was tarnished by the attitude and rudeness of the staff who, in the morning when I arrived and greeted them kindly to ask which direction to go, their faces and bad manners in responding was quite horrible; it's a shame that with those kinds of attitudes they take away our pleasure and desire to go there. With this I only refer to the ladies who were in charge of cleaning the common areas.

I will be as honest with my experience here. I travel quite a bit and this was my second time in Tulum. Firstly, the hotel made it a point to reply to me through whatsapp quickly before arriving to the hotel, but as you will read this changes after. I believe because this is a newer hotel it is stil very unorganized and the images, and information given is misleading. Be sure to read all reviews before booking. Most roads are still not paved in Tulum but the one coming to the hotel specifically is sooo rough and lots og construction around the hotel which means loud noise all day. You can walk to the main road but its about 5-7 mins in a dirt road. I came here specifically because we were told there was a restaurant and free shuttle to the beach and that was a big asset, however nothing else is around here without driving so If you want to eat or need to go to the store after 5pm...Goodluck paying way too much for a cab. They helped set up a car for us from airport here and we got into an accident on our way and then they dropped us off at the incorrect Mistiq!!!!! BTW this happened to many people we spoke to so make sure you're going to the correct one, we got sent to 2 other Mistiq's before getting to the coreect one and had to pay 25$ for a 5 min drive which they did not offer to compensate us for. Wifi, is an issue in general in Tulum but here it's worse even to get your data to connect. They stopped replying to my messages when we needed something once we arrived or it took hours to get a reply. If you need fresh towels, Goodluck. They tell you that you get new ones after 4 days and when we asked on day 4 they said "if we have clean ones". Bring your own iron, blow dryer, soap and towels for the beach/pool. We had to extend our stay 1 night and they were very helpful with a new room but the new room had mold EVEERYWHERE and smelled so moldy and then the AC fan was broken so it was making loud noises and we couldnt get a new room bwcause everyone stops working at 5pm except security who arent very helpful with anything except ordering taxis. I am not a person who just looks for something to complain about. Even through all of it, we tried to make the best of our time but like I said, it was misleading online. Thankfully our first room was nicer. I personally would not stay here again since the first time I stayed at a villa was much easier, even though we were further from the beach and didn't have a shuttle. I highly suggest getting a driver or renting a car and staying closer to stores/reataurants that done close early.. Trust me, it's a lot of money up front for a car/driver but paying 50$ USD sometimes for a 10 min drive, you'll save waaay more money. Thanks for reading and Goodluck!

Absolutely a dream staying here. It’s vibes on vibes

Very very beautiful facility. The pools, the ambiance, the jungle-like atmosphere. You feel like you're in a luxury resort and in extreme peace and quiet. The internet is also exceptionally good for Tulum. By all means, bring your own vehicle or scooter, otherwise it will be difficult.

Very peaceful, perfect for relaxing. It has a rooftop with a pool to have a good time and sunbathe or watch the sunset, everything is very new. It has all the necessary amenities for a good stay. Very close to the Tulum hotel zone.

A spectacular place with a wonderful community. I loved staying there, there is lots of vegetation, the pools are large and have good depth, the facilities are always clean, they accept pets and there is always someone to greet you in the lobby. The only disadvantage I find is the unpaved streets that make access complicated.

I RENTED MISTIQ TEMPLE II THROUGH AIRBNB AND THE CONCIERGE WILL RECOMMEND QUETZAL MOTORS FOR WHEN YOU WANT TO RENT A SCOOTER. THIS IS A SET UP!!! I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE WHO HAS EXPERIENCED IT. GOOGLE THE NAME AND YOU WILL SEE OTHER STORIES ONLINE. THE CONCIERGE WILL ASK YOU EITHER FOR A VERY LARGE SUM OF A DEPOSIT ($400 OR $300 USD) OR YOUR PASSPORT AND AFTER YOU RETURN THE SCOOTER, THE SCAMMERS AT QUETZAL MOTORS AND THE CONCIERGE WILL COME UP EXCUSES SAYING THAT THEY ARE HAVING "PROBLEMS" WITH THE BANK OR KEEP YOUR PASSPORT HOSTAGE AND COME UP WITH RANDOM PROBLEMS. ITS A VERY COMMON SCAM. DO NOT ASSOCIATE WITH THESE PEOPLE!! BE VERY AWARE!!!!

Excellent place to stay, quiet, in nature, has gym, pool and restaurant bar, detail that sometimes the power goes out but comes back in a short time, beautiful views and friendly and attentive staff.
