Excellent place to live! Very peaceful and pleasant

10 out of 10. I rented a rooftop for 11 days for my family of 6 people and it was perfect. It couldn't have been better; fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining room, excellent lighting, each bedroom with a balcony, beautiful rooftop with pool and great grill, a quite pleasant and beautiful shared pool. Without a doubt an excellent option and great host.

The place is very peaceful and very beautiful. It is far from the noise of cars, parties, and the location makes you feel part of the jungle without losing quick access to convenience centers. The pool is gorgeous.

Clean, spacious, economical place and the staff very friendly and attentive to whatever is needed, a safe place in contact with nature

Lovely boutique condo. Very quiet area of Tulum and on the same road as Holistika. Super cute, larger studio apartment, equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. It has a small gym and great pool area. They also offer extra storage, if needed for your luggage and larger items. If you have the opportunity to stay here, it’s highly recommended:)

THIEVES!!!! these apartment/condos are attractive on the exterior but very cheap and not very well kept up on the inside, most especially depending on the individual owner. i stayed here twice, once via airbnb for a month and second via direct booking for another month. lesson learned that even when people appear honest on airbnb, it’s an act for great reviews. once i booked direct the landlord/host of most of the units in the building Brenda Micaela Suarez kept our deposit after we left the place cleaner than we found it. there were dead insects all over the kitchen cabinets, sticky floors, cobwebs under the bed & throughout the bathroom, a falling from the wall heavy glass shower door, a pretty filthy pool in the backyard with a broken drain that would not hold water, plus termites and ant infestation on the wood deck of the front door. she received a deposit plus a full month of rent. 2 weeks after staying the water stopped working which required us to pay to stay elsewhere. with no running water we still managed to clean the unit and the dishes with collected rain water. she promised a refund for the 2 weeks but still NO RETURNED DEPOSIT OR REFUND!!!! i also booked another unit for 2 weeks for my mom and paid in full, but once knowing there was no water, i needed to move and my mother expressed wanting to stay near me. BRENDA claimed that once the other unit was booked on airbnb i could receive a refund for that booking as well. STILL NO REFUND!!! i booked with Brenda in May and June! it’s August! all she has done is given me the run around!!! she should be reported and not allowed to run properties but as we know, it’s Tulum and shady behavior along with theft is common, so please BEWARE of booking anything run/hosted by BRENDA MICAELA SUAREZ and her concierge Bruno!!!
