Studio Apartment in Centro

Very close to Tulum's downtown area and avenues where you can find everything, with a supermarket almost across the street. It has two pools, an elevator, lots of security to enter, and very friendly and attentive staff. I would definitely stay here again.

Unit has all we need, staff at the front have been very friendly and we love that there are many amenties within walking distance. We also have secure parking for our car. We are driving back down to Belize on Monday but so far we are loving it here in Tulum.

Superb room great location

Very nicely designed (modern Tulum style) and managed building with two pools (one of them about 25 meters long so good for actual swimming), a small gym and a movie theater. Alena at reception is awesome, friendly and quick to solve any issues or help out with local recommendations. The location is great as well with two large supermarkets and lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Absolutely enjoyed my stay here and would stay again.

The condominium is good, we found the location excellent because it is next to a large supermarket. Most of the staff are very kind, but you need to choose the apartment well.

I really liked it here. The condo itself was nice, the roof pool and overall facilities are great for what I paid (about $60 a night after taxes and fees for 3 nights). It’s in a nice quiet area of town. The hotel staff (especially Alena and Arantxa) were very friendly and helped me with finding things to do. Plenty of restaurants within walking distance. Walking to the ADO bus station is a bit far but doable. You can walk to a large superstore. The nearby highway takes you to the beaches and other recreational activities, which I used a motorbike to travel for. There is supposed to be a public bus within walking distance as well.

Party with people at odd hours in the early morning, noise and people shouting in the hallways with bedroom doors open and music at full volume. It is a condominium and each apartment belongs to a different owner, the concierge does not ensure the peace and tranquility of the rest of the residents.

Superb hotel, very beautiful complex, lovely staff

Rented PH317 from Mariana on air bnb the place was full of filth and mold. Very soiled sheets nasty pillows dirty towels. This was truly disgusting. I will not go on and on the pictures speak for themselves. DO NOT RENT FROM Marianna.

AtlasAdventured highly recommends staying here. During our few months living Tulum we rented a place here for a month and we loved it. Having a place right across from the best grocery store in Tulum is so convenient, and a huge help if youre visiting without a car. Walkable to restaurants, cafes, etc. And overall felt safe for our family with a small child. The pools and facilities were nice but pools could do with some updates since tiles were peeling off but nothing too bad and still enjoyed swimming in the rooftop or ground level pools. If you have the option to rent one of the top floor rooms, do it! The private pool you have access to is so much better than expected and nice to be able to have some privacy if the other pools are busy and you want to just relax. There is a parking garage with quite a few spots but can get full so street parking is available too. Lots of bikes available to rent in parking garage too. The one thing I will mention is that the front desk should be trained on being more welcoming. The one girl who works inside was always on her phone, wouldn't look up when you were leaving, arriving or walking right next to her unless you got her attention. Luis in the front was great and always willing to help, answer questions. just an 'Hola' or an 'Adios' would go a long way in not feeling like you're being a nuisance when you have to get the receptionist to look up from her phone. She wasn't mean but just not very welcoming or friendly compared to other places we have stayed. Wifi was good throughout and gym facilities were nice but the access code does change from time to time so you will need to sign in at front desk for gym access. Overall, a wonderful place to stay in Tulum for a great price!

I love breathing in peace and enjoying nature. I had a spectacular time at Menesse Tulum! At night watching the stars and the moon and during the day waking up with a sunrise.

We had an apartment on the ground floor. Everything we needed was provided. Unfortunately, communication with the owner was terrible. We were not registered at reception, no access code was provided, and we had to ask about EVERYTHING (WiFi code, bike rental, etc.), which could easily have been included in an info letter. There was also no response when we informed them that a towel had been stolen from our terrace. Presumably we simply had bad luck with our "host". Otherwise, a nice facility in a central location close to surrounding shops and restaurants.

Very beautiful condominium

Super Hotel! We rented apartment 110 from Luxvart via Airbnb. The location was perfect - right between the beach and the city center. Huge supermarket next door. The apartment was a 10/10. The only downside was that there are no cushions for the wooden loungers by the pool.

Stayed at this beautiful location through Airbnb. Can only recommend! Pools, near to good restaurants and close to the beach with the bike!

I've stayed here twice and highly recommended this property for either a short vacation or a longer stay. The location is excellent, just across the street from a mega supermarket, and only ten minutes by bike to the beach. There are also bikes to rent within the building and many of the rooms come with access to a free bike. The building has two excellent pools, one with a waterfall on the ground level, and a beautiful infinity rooftop pool with a great view. There is also a cinema room, gym, cafe, and spa. The place is rather new and has a variety of junior suites with full kitchens and penthouses, though with different owners/administrators.
