The apartments are aging, the condition is poor. However, the worst thing is the construction noise around the apartments - the generators from the construction work run even late into the night.

A really beautiful apartment that is lovingly furnished and offers almost everything you need. Coffee machine, toaster, mixer, dishes, refrigerator, hair dryer, safe (etc.) Star deduction for the long distance to the city center (approximately 35 minutes on foot), the many construction works in the surrounding area. Also noteworthy is the shockingly loud refrigerator that stands just a few meters from the bed. Additionally, on our departure day without warning from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM there was no power, which resulted in no water either. I cannot assess whether only the owner, the on-site staff, or the electricity company was responsible for the poor communication.
