"We stayed here at the end of January for one night and were very pleased. It is a new place with modern rooms and helpful staff at the reception desk downstairs. The whole building is very clean and tidy, plus you have a pool on the roof. The location itself gives you peace and quiet in the hotel district, plus it is not that far from the city center. If you were planning to go to the beach , then this may not be for you, because you would need a car."

It is retired from the center so you need a vehicle to get around, from what I see in comments the elevator has not worked for years and they do nothing to fix it, the apartments are extremely small, maximum for 2 people, for couples it is very good. The pool is quite large and suitable for swimming, the gym is ridiculously small, only 2 machines.

Very nice apartments, well equipped. They have 24-hour reception. Modern units with a terrace that has a gym and a fantastic pool. It's somewhat far from the beaches but the tranquility of the area is worth it.

New apartments in Altea Zama on outskirts of Tulim. Half an hour walk from town and similar distance or more from the beach. If I could afford it I would stay closer to wither the town or the beach as you could spend a lot on over priced taxis, basically to go to the beach or town. The beach road is very crowed with traffic and increases the cost of taxis. Beaches are fab but mostly attached to expensive bars with expensive loungers. Take lots of money to fully enjoy and stay closer to the beach to save on taxi costs.
