Studio Apartment for Rent Near Beach in Playa del Carmen

Ne faite pas confiance aux personnes qui s'occupe de la Location de ses appartement ! D'ont Mariana Nolasco car ils ne sont pas correct avec les personnes qui louent leurs appartement sur Expédia.ca Voici pour quoi ! Je suis aller sur Expédia.ca et j'ai entré dans la case Forfet Hébergement et Avion aller retour comme j'ai fait plusieirs fois dans les dernière années ! après avoir réservé l'hébergement la réservation des Vols ne sont pas apparue comme d'habitude donc j'ai Annulé la réservation pour la refaire avec les vols après avoir eu le remboursement de 1932$ sur ma carte de credit mais après avoir discuté avec un agent Expedia qui m'as dit que la réservation est non remboursable et que je perdait mes 1932$ mais qu'il vont rejoindre Mariana Nolasco pour un remboursement pour refaire une nouvelle réservation avec vol bien Mariana Nolasco ne répond jamais aux messages de moi et de Expedia depuis 2 semaines car il sais que c'est pas correct de voler des clients de la sorte surtout que j'était déja aller à dans un de ses appartement en juillet 2025 donc ne faite pas confiance à eux car le service Clients est NUL !!

Nice rooftop and nice apartments. The balcony window installation is not very good but the bathroom is decent and the elevator is decent. Just an all-around decent building. No real wow factor to expect.

Very comfortable place, good location close to the beach and 5th Avenue. The place is super comfortable, it has everything you need to cook. Delicious bed, everything very clean

It is small but very comfortable, good space for what you need and for 1 or 2 people it is incredible.

Es un lugar muy lindo y cómodo, lo que sugiero es que coloquen una mesa y 2 sillas ya que son necesarias para una estadía prolongada. Es muy incomodo tener que sentarse siempre en la cama y no tener donde apoyar alimentos o comer paradas

Very beautiful and comfortable suite, in a modern and functional building, on a very wide street with a median, on the corner with the fifth avenue and 4 blocks from the beach. Unbeatable location, where you can enjoy tranquility.

Whoever built this condo should have their license revoked, and whoever inspected this condo should be in jail. This place is beautifully architected. It could have been fantastic. The shower pans are installed so that the water is flowing AWAY from the drain creating a pond. The windows are facing a major avenue are single pane glass(!!). I want to know how much money you saved exactly by failing to put at least standard double pane windows. No only they are single pane, the slider design has massive gaps. You can pretty much hear people talking in the passing cars. The kitchen countertop is made with porous concrete. Totally unfinished. Beautiful and yet horribly and impossibly impractical for a kitchen. The beautiful massive sliding door is hung under an angle. The mudding on the drywall ceiling is already cracking and pain and mud are starting to peel off, which is remarkable for a 1 year old condo. And the thing is that none of these things except windows actually require any extra money, all they require is someone who actually cares about their job to manage the development. As a builder myself, I can't possibly imagine myself ever selling a place in this shape. If you are reading this, aren't you ashamed of your work? Even if you are desperate to make a couple of extra bucks, don't you want your business to be sustainable so that people will say good things and more customers would buy from you? As a buyer, if someone sold me this condo, I would make it my life goal to make sure the builder is hold financially responsible for every thing that is wrong with this project. How can you accept an apartment in this state and be ok with it?

Near the sea, laundry in front, not so close to the center which makes it quiet without noise.

The apartment is fine, but it DOES NOT HAVE A TABLE (and it has a kitchen) I don't know where we're supposed to eat. THE ORGANIZATION IS DEPLORABLE. They kept us waiting 45 minutes for them to provide us with access codes, because they weren't answering us. When they finally respond, they give us codes for two rooms which are both occupied, we keep waiting... Finally they give us a room, which is quite new and modern, but all that after waiting for an hour.

Very nice condominium complex ! Relaxing and located near everything. Would recommend
