Studio Apartment for Rent in Veleta, Tulum

Clean and minimalist atheistic. The main pool is cute and there are a few sun chairs. There are some cats that live in the villa and they will warm up to you if you are patient. The rooftop condos have small plunge pools at are great to hop in to after walking around all day. There are many different wild birds in the trees you can see from the bedroom and bathroom windows. The staircase up to the patio is tight and steep but sunset from the roof is beautiful. Overall the condo itself is very nice and comfortable and I would absolutely stay again Few random things to note - 20min or so walk to central Tulum - neighborhood’s are mix between “gentrified” and not so be respectful to the residents that live there -bathtub but the tap doesn’t work -many stairs

Complex of large apartments with every comfort in the La Veleta neighborhood. The complex is one of many newly built. It is equipped with a swimming pool and is constantly serviced by staff who take care of maintenance and cleaning. Clean and well-furnished apartment. A plus is the presence of a washing machine and dryer that saved our lives. Only negative note: the washing machine has some slightly rusty spots so it's possible to find some small stains on clothes from time to time. The apartment is equipped with mosquito nets, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Very kind and helpful host. Self check-in is possible and convenient. On one occasion we found a cockroach in the room but given the climate it's all normal. The host intervened immediately and in general the complex is constantly cleaned and treated with insect products.

Great place to stay in La Veleta. Nice saltwater pool and ground floor condos have private plunge pool (think hot tub without the heat not needed/wanted in Tulum)
