Studio Apartment for Rent in Central Park Lagunas Tulum

The place is very nice, but be careful when renting with MIR BOTELLO. At the time of my departure, they did not return my full deposit as indicated in the contract, despite having delivered everything on time and properly, blaming me for things that pre-existed, for which I sent evidence, and without being able to demonstrate what expenses were made. After days of trying to resolve it amicably, I received threats from the owner ROSA GRACIELA RUIZ GARCIA and was blocked. It's a shame that one ends up having these bad experiences because of people who like other people's money.

Excellent place to enjoy

This is a great place to stay in La Veleta- I chose it for the price. Nice cute condos that are good for short term stays.

Good option in Tulum

I loved it, we stayed in Tower A 117 and it exceeded our expectations ❤️

Dear Mary This most wonderful lady made our whole experience and we will be coming back due to her kindness, service, professionalism, compassion and joy that she brings to this place. I’ve worked in the service industry a long time & I'm beyond thrilled/ amazed by Mary ! She went above and beyond for every person who stayed there. You can tell she loves what she does, that goes for all staff here. Mary was so accommodating; She helped with scooter rentals, taxis, where to visit, places to eat. The list goes on, so warming. We felt so safe and welcomed. The experience was so amazing we took photos with Mary to remember forever. We can’t wait to come back. Huge thank you to all staff. The grounds are so convenient, clean and aesthetically pleasing. 6-8 minutes from town 6-10 minutes to beach !! Prime location. It’s near convenience stores, groceries, restaurants that are absolutely a must go, food trucks and so much more. Did I forget to mention the ADO station is 10-15 Minutes out. Impeccable

As much as I love this place and have stayed there since they opened, for months at the time, decided not to this year because the selfish restaurant owner in the building plays very loud music. Like to really late. The music is extra loud as it’s Im a pocket (the structure of the building). My neighbor moved out a few weeks ago for same reason and I met a couple who are trying to get out of their 6 months contract. This is so inconsiderate to guests and home owners losing revenue. As a matter of fact, im three blocks away and he is again playing very loud music. The apt management does nothing about it.

This is a disgrace! I booked a room in this place and the receptionist which name is Faviola makes a huge deal and has an aggressive attitude because I’m not from Tulum. She was so aggressive and rude to me and to the staff. I do not recommend this place

I was here 2 weeks ago with a spa appointment that I had to cancel because a receptionist named "Fabiola" treated me HORRIBLY. I had to leave the place and cancel my appointment. I am not going to pay for bad treatment and have them make faces at me when I am going for a service. They should replace this rude and aggressive woman. I am not coming back and I will not recommend this place.
