You will be sharing with our current roommate and friend. *Preferably only women* *Room 1 - $7,000 MX per month or $1,750 per week* Dates: available from January 23 to April 12 - Single bed - Closet with several drawers and space to hang clothes - Shelving - 2 outlets next to the bed - Window with curtain and blackout, lots of daylight - Shared full bathroom with my roommate *Room 2 - $8,000 MX per month or $2,000 per week* Available dates: flexible between March and April 12 - Queen bed - Closet with several drawers and space to hang clothes - Private full bathroom - Window with curtain and blackout, lots of daylight - 2 outlets next to the bed Apartment: - Very bright, with a nice living room and dining room - Fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, stove and air fryer - Wifi, water, gas, electricity included - Cleaning once a week or every 2 weeks to be coordinated (the only thing not included in the price) - 5th floor (top) by elevator - The building has a terrace, multipurpose space, gym and pool that can be used by reservation.
