You share the bathroom with only 1 other person. The apartment is recently renovated and furnished with curated vintage pieces, with a fully equipped kitchen (incl. dishwasher!), beautiful private garden, washer and dryer, TV. • $12,500 MX per month all incl. (also includes cleaning once per week, with fresh sheets and towels weekly) • Situated in beautiful del valle norte (5 min walking to napoles, 15 min walking to escandon, 25 min walking to condesa/roma) • 5 min walking to metrobus 1 (you can quickly reach san angel if you take it to the south and roma/condesa/juarez/santa maria if you take it to the north) and the WTC (has a big supermarket, cinema, pharmacy), • 2 min from an ecobici station • Pilates/yoga studios, cafés and restaurants all within 5-10 min walking distance
