🏠 Room available in shared apartment — Roma Norte We are looking for a 3rd roommate for an apartment at San Luis Potosí 50. In the heart of Roma Norte/Condesa — map attached 📍 The room includes: Bed with mattress Desk Private closet Pillows, sheets and comforter (if you prefer to bring your own, that's fine too) Common areas of the apartment: Equipped kitchen: stove, fridge, microwave, coffee maker and utensils Washing machine Living room with HD TV, armchair and dining area Bathroom with filtered showerhead Storage room Balcony Available: October 1st Rent: $12,500/month all-inclusive (utilities included) or $12,000/month + split wifi, electricity and gas among the 3 Cleaning: there is a cleaning lady (currently 2x a month), the cost is divided among the 3 — we can adjust the frequency (weekly, etc.) as we agree. Pets: there is a dog and a cat in the apartment, very well-behaved and cared for by their respective owners. They don't enter your room if you don't want them to. Requirements: 1 month deposit to secure the place (can be partial, there is flexibility); rent + deposit are paid upon signing/key delivery.
