Room in Duplex in Cuauhtémoc, Mexico City

🌿 **Bright Room in a Lovely Duplex with Private Rooftop — Cuauhtémoc, CDMX** We’re looking for a new roommate to join our home in one of the loveliest areas of Cuauhtémoc! The apartment is a bright, spacious duplex with **two beautiful terraces**: one on the first floor and a larger private rooftop on the second, surrounded by greenery and perfect for enjoying the outdoors. We’re also planning to turn part of the rooftop into a little garden to grow herbs and vegetables. 🌱 The room gets lovely natural light and has a large built-in closet, shelves, a bedside table and a lamp. **The bed and desk are not included**, so you can bring your own and make the space yours. 📍 **The location is fantastic:** within walking distance of the Angel of Independence, Roma and Condesa. The neighborhood is full of lovely cafés, restaurants, shops and great places to work remotely, all just a couple of blocks away. There’s also an Ecobici bike-sharing station one block from the apartment. 💰 **Rent: MXN $12,900/month**, including utilities and internet. Weekly cleaning is arranged separately. **A one-month security deposit is required.** 🏡 **A little about us:** We’re two creative people, one woman and one man, who enjoy sharing a home, good conversations and everyday moments. We’d love to find someone **clean, easygoing and considerate**, who’s interested in building a warm, friendly home together — someone who enjoys a sense of community while also valuing everyone’s independence and personal space. Whether it’s sharing a meal, having a conversation or enjoying a drink on the terrace now and then, we’d love for the apartment to feel like more than just a place to live. **Long-term rental preferred.** If this sounds like your kind of place, send us a message and tell us a little about yourself. We’d love to meet you! **Interested? Send me a DM or WhatsApp me at ** ☀️
