This is more than just renting a room. I’d love to find someone who enjoys comfort, style, art, plants, and pets, and who would like to be part of a close-knit group of friends that, over time, can feel a little like family. A place where you can enjoy your privacy, feel completely at home, share good conversations, and simply enjoy living well. 🛏️ YOUR BEDROOM The bedroom comes fully furnished and includes: * A spacious private bathroom * A closet * A private balcony just outside your room * A comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Make It Your Own The bedroom comes fully furnished, but we’d love for you to make it feel like home. Once you move in, we can adapt the décor together to reflect your personal style, taste, and needs. 🌿 THE HOME The apartment has three bedrooms, two floors, and plenty of beautiful, comfortable shared spaces: * Spacious living room * Dining area * Fully equipped kitchen * Laundry area * Private terrace of approximately 40 m² (430 sq ft), connected to the living room * Lots of plants and original artwork throughout the home It’s a home filled with natural textures, color, art, greenery, and little details that make everyday living more enjoyable. ✨ A LITTLE EXTRA COMFORT We also have a housekeeper who comes twice a week to help make everyday life easier. She can assist with: * Cleaning your bedroom and private bathroom * Laundry * Some meal preparation, if needed Because having a beautiful home is even better when you have more time to enjoy it. 🐶 MEET THE FURRY FAMILY Of course, a few very important members of the household don’t pay rent, but they certainly demand — and give — plenty of love! Rhiannon & Coco are two friendly, affectionate, and very well-behaved Chihuahuas. Pepe is our handsome, mischievous cat, who adds his own personality to the house. You’ll be surrounded by wonderful restaurants, charming cafés, bars, galleries, and plenty of places to explore, with excellent access to the rest of Mexico City.
