Rooftop Palapa in Playa del Carmen

Hey everyone, my landlord wants me to do a sublease while I have to go to LA to work for October. I live in a rooftop Palapa. It is incredible, looks like a bamboo treehouse, but it can't be empty for the month that I'm gone so we're looking to sublease it. All women in the building, two live in the 2 studios below me. It's gated in a really cool neighborhood on 38th and 35th. $12,000 pesos for the month also includes water, electricity, and Wi-Fi (I have a bike you can use too). I'll attach pictures, but if you know of anybody, please please share it. Really beautiful patio, kitchen, living room, office/extra room, bathroom, upstairs loft that is a full bedroom. It's Magical.
