We have thoroughly analyzed your electricity consumption and the technical report from the equipment inspection. In order to reduce electricity costs and provide you with greater comfort, and per the owner's instructions, these are the final options: *Option 1.* If you are willing to purchase the air conditioning unit for the master bedroom, the total cost will be deducted from your rent over two months: half in October and half in November. *Option 2.* If you are willing to purchase two air conditioning units, for the master bedroom and the living room, the total cost of both units will be deducted from your rent over a period of four months. *Option 3.* Wait until Apartment 7 becomes available on November 1st to proceed with the move, maintaining the same rental price and with the benefit of a private terrace with an exterior view.
