Property in Mexico City

Hi! My apartment becomes available on November 1st and I'm helping the owners find a new long-term tenant. The rent is $15,500 + electricity (approx. $100 per quarter). It's small, 45 m², but it's very well located in Condesa and has EVERYTHING. It gets morning sun and has excellent natural light. The bedroom has double windows, so you hear much less street noise. It's in a small, quiet building where all the neighbors know each other. I would leave all my furniture, and the price of the furniture is negotiable. I'll send you photos in case anyone is interested. 😊
