Available room in Playa Aragón! 🌊🌿 Between Mazunte and Agustinillo, in a peaceful place surrounded by nature with an incredible view of the Pacific. The room is completely independent, with a King bed, private bathroom, kitchenette, terrace, and Starlink. Ideal for someone who wants to stay for a season, work remotely, write, create, or simply live the coast at a different pace. Monthly rent: $12,500 We currently have a guest in the upstairs room who is great, so the idea is to find someone with a similar energy: independent, respectful, and eager to enjoy and take care of the place. We are also open to discussing some kind of volunteering/partial exchange arrangement, especially if the person has skills that can contribute to the space: gardening, maintenance, design, architecture, construction, content creation, etc. It is pet friendly and for long stays we can talk. More than just looking for someone to rent, we want to find the right person for the place.
