Hi!! I have a room available with a private bathroom starting October 1st in a brand new, bright, chic shared condo with full amenities on two floors, located in Narvarte Poniente. I would be the other roommate. Looking for a short-term rental of 4-6 months. It can be longer if there's good chemistry :) 5 minutes from 2 metro stations and 2 metrobús stations.
