Private Room in Mexico City Apartment

Hello! I'm renting a room in my apartment to share only with me. I have two super chill cats, so no more pets allowed. I'm a 38-year-old designer and artist. I work from home but have an active routine schedule. Looking for someone with similar energy, preferably looking to share with girls/queer people. Tidiness is very important to me, looking to share that passion too. Rent is 10,800 including utilities except the weekly fee for the cleaning lady. PM me for more info and pics :)
