It's a nice neighborhood with everything you need a 5 minute walk away. I loved talking to the food vendors at different hours and wondering the streets. Dieter was a great host, he made me feel welcomed, and gave me medicine when I was sick. I highly recommend staying with him.

Can’t recommend Dieter’s place enough. Clean, comfortable, well located and convenient to anything you would need in CDMX. Dieter was a super kind host, including me in his game nights and making sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

As perfect as an Airbnb can be: started chatting early with Dieter to organize the arrival, nice central position, classy and beautifully arranged flat, spacious room with a huge and comfy bed, nice bathroom and small but full of tools kitchen<br/>Great place. Really recommend

Spent about a month here and it was amazing! Nice quiet local neighborhood with some great spots to eat, but still very close to Condesa and easy to get to major attractions. Dieter was also a wonderful host! Super communicative with plenty of recommendations, and was even nice enough to invite me to a board game night where I got to meet some other expats and locals. Would 100% stay here again!

I’d thoroughly recommend staying here, great location, facilities and atmosphere. The flat is well equipped and clean and from the beginning I was made to feel very at home. Dieter was a great host - very friendly and with lots of tips about the city. Even offering a temporary phone when mine was stolen in the center, so thanks for that! So yeah it’s a great base to explore the city and I hope to return at some point!

Dietor was a very nice host—chill and easygoing. The house was well maintained and clean, and the neighborhood felt safe and walkable at night.

Dieter was very helpful with a few issues that came up during my trip which made it so I had to scramble make a last minute reservation. He was excellent with communication and really friendly about it. The room was very clean and cozy. I really enjoyed that Dieter has created a subtle musical ambiance throughout the unit. Would definitely recommend.

I had such a great stay at his place. He was incredibly responsive and genuinely helpful throughout my visit. One morning he even made me breakfast (though I can’t promise that’s standard for everyone!). He’s very kind, and his space has a cool, eclectic vibe that made the stay even more enjoyable.
