Room for rent ☆ We are looking for someone to join the house long term, available from April 1st. It's a very beautiful room with a double bed, nightstands and lots of storage space. The apartment is shared between 3 people total, and the bathroom is only shared with 1 person. • $13,334 MXN per month all inclusive (also includes cleaning once per week, with clean sheets and towels each week) • Located in Del Valle Norte, a very beautiful area (5 min walking to Nápoles, 15 min to Escandón, 25 min to Condesa/Roma) • 5 min walking to Metrobús line 1 (you can quickly reach San Ángel to the south and Roma/Condesa/Juárez/Santa María to the north) and the WTC (has big supermarket, cinema and pharmacy) • 2 min from an Ecobici station • Pilates/yoga studios, cafés and restaurants 5–10 min walking distance. The apartment is recently renovated and furnished with vintage pieces, has a fully equipped kitchen (includes dishwasher!), beautiful private garden, washer and dryer, and TV. We like the house to be a calm and clean space, although we also like to invite friends from time to time. Ideally we are looking for a girl of similar age to us (around 25 years old).
