Penthouse in Playa del Carmen

The airbnbs are beautiful, they have very good amenities and they maintain the pool very well. The reason I give it 3 stars is because unfortunately this building is next to a soccer field and the spectator stands face directly toward the apartments. Every weekend there are matches starting from 6am and therefore quite a bit of noise. I recommend that if you are going to stay here avoid being near the back part. Other than that everything looks beautiful and at night the pool looks spectacular.

One of the most beautiful residential areas in Playa del Carmen

Very very beautiful place. All amenities. Large swimming pools, peaceful location, large condo. Restaurants, pharmacy, doctors nearby. Only drawbacks are 30 minutes from the beach and 1 hour from downtown on foot but easily accessible by car or by public transportation.

The investment is profitable, the apartments are already renting a lot on platforms and also the finishes of the First-class apartment

Very beautiful and the atmosphere is the best

I had the opportunity to stay with my family in apartment 103 and it was great. A very quiet, clean, tidy and pleasant place.

Much to be desired, they sell you a concept, but they lack investment, they tell you a delivery date and take longer than expected, they lack seriousness, the reception staff are very friendly, but it's under construction so .......... The entrance is like a hotel, you enter and nothing to do with the facade, but it's lacking
