Penthouse in La Veleta

My fiance and i came here for our honey moon and it was the perfect spot! there was lots of privacy on the balcony and the location was peaceful but also within 10 min walk to yummy vibey restaraunts. natasha’s help prior to the trip was extraordinary and made the planning super easy and exciting!! she was very responsive and proactive in helping us find places and things to do to fit our preferences. she was super friendly and genuinely interested in the success of our trip, as well as all the staff at the building while we were there :) i would definitely stay here again and recommend it to all.

Natasha was lovely to communicate with however I don’t believe the photos accurately represent the accommodations. There was more wear and tear than pictured and more than I’d expected based on other reviews and the price.

I had a wonderful week at Nataha's apartment. She was super responsive to every inquiry or request and had a lot of great recommendations to further enjoy Tulum. The apartment was exactly as described and the property itself was quiet and immaculate. I started and ended everyday in the plunge pool-- a quick dip to wake up in the morning and another one to cool off in the late afternoon. It's going to be hard to be without that. I am looking forward to a repeat visit.

Natasha, you were the most incredible host. Thank you so much for everything. This Airbnb truly felt like home. Most beautiful clean property. I truly cannot wait to come back. If you’re someone looking for pure relaxation, a wonderful location that is laid back yet absolutely stunningly beautiful this Airbnb should be your choice without a doubt. I never wanted to leave. Fully prepped kitchen, beautiful bathrooms, hammocks, comfortable bed, couch, decor and a private small pool. There is absolutely nothing I would say negatively about this place or Natasha the host. Natasha, thank you for all your recommendations. Just wow. Is all I have to say.

This place is beautiful, I had an excellent stay, the place is exactly as described, the host is 10/10, there was only a small issue with the lock but immediately the reception boy assisted me. the entire PH was impeccable, for 1000 I recommend staying in this place with all the amenities in tulum, I felt like I was at home

Natasha's place was lovely. Great space for two people to be comfortable for the week. Having the 2nd bathroom upstairs on the upstairs dining/pool area was also nice while we were getting ready after a day at the beach. You only have about two blocks of rough roads immediately around her place, but it's not a problem with a scooter like we had, but if you have a car, you'll just have to drive slowly. The rest of the roads were smooth, and quick to get to town or the beach from her place. Natasha also had lots of great recommendations for restaurants and things to do, so definetly take her up on those as every meal we ate was wonderful! Thanks so much again for a lovely stay in Tulum!

This apt had everything I was looking for from a private pool, screen doors to hear the birds in the morning, a great gym, a doorman for safety…. It is a tough place to get to if you dont have a car or scooter, & even with a scooter the areas roads are like “driving on mars” is how my friend puts it. There are great cafes a short drive away. This part of Tulum may overwhelm people who are not familiar with the terrain because it is confusing to navigate but easy once you understand the area. Any issues I had were addressed by Natasha quickly and she was very nice. I’d go back again

We had a great time at Natasha's appartment. She his really responsive and her indications were clear. We enjoyed the pool in the courtyard and went to the nice gym a couple of times.

We had a wonderful stay in Natasha’s condo. The unit was clean, well appointed with everything we would need to make simple meals, within walking distance to some great restaurants. The rooftop pool was such an added bonus which we used often to enjoy the sunshine and relax in a private setting. We would highly recommend Natasha’s unit. She was a great host. East to communicate with and provided many wonderful suggestions for outings. If you get the change to stay there, definitely check out Ziggy’s Beach Club. Well worth the spend. Such a beautiful beach with amazing food and wonderful service. 😊

Natashas place was perfect for our first experience in tulum. She was a super host and answered all my million questions and even helped us coordinate activities to do while we were there. The front desk staff was also amazing. Manuel and the rest of the security were very friendly and made sure we always felt safe.

We loved our stay at Natasha’s place. Everything was exactly as described and instructions were clear and easy to follow. We loved that the location was within walking distance to so many amazing restaurants, cafes and bars. We also appreciated Natasha’s list of recommendations for places to visit. We went to a few of her recommended spots, and they were all fantastic. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and how easy this made our first visit to Tulum!

Natasha is very devoted and helpful. The apartment is well as described. The place can be noisy and, being located just above the lobby, you hear all the sounds of arrivals and departures day and night. The streets are in a pitiful state and unsafe. The private pool is OK but the furniture could be more comfortable. This accommodation is adequate but it is possible to get much better for less money.

Natasha was a great host and the apartment was just like the photos. Absolutely beautiful. <br/>The balcony had the cutest hammocks, floor to ceiling windows, and an amazing private area with its own private pool on the roof. The location is also perfect - just a short drive to the beach and tons of restaurants and activities around. We will definitely be back soon!

Natasha’s place was a perfect spot for us to tack on a few extra days at the start of our vacation before moving to a second AirBnb with 2 other friends. Decent kitchen essentials, and an awesome rooftop pool/patio! We ended up missing this place once we moved to our second rental. The employees at the front desk were super friendly and helpful in getting taxis sorted for us. Thanks Natasha for a great stay!

This place is PERFECT, and Natasha was the best host I’ve ever had in 15 years of staying in Airbnbs! I’ve lived in Tulum and stayed in several rentals, and this was perfect for my visit. I think this unit is the best in the building with more terrace space and lots of privacy. And the roof deck is large and luxurious! Comfortable bed and lovely sitting area. I was able to work remotely with strong internet. It’s also just a few blocks from two coworking spaces. Being able to walk to all the best restaurants and cafes on 7th is wonderful. This is a great corner of La Veleta that combines access with jungle quiet. Natasha was a perfect host and promptly answered all questions and made it feel like five star service.
