Penthouse in Aldea Zama, Tulum

Luum zama site with caretaker all around and barrier at the entrance with identity check. (without reservation you can't get in) It's clean, it's spacious and no sound or neighbor problems for mestiza! 👍 It's true that if you want to go out on foot there is a huge contrast with the dilapidated streets and people in precarious situations to cross.... surrounded by all sorts of luxury residences that are sprouting like mushrooms 🍄 We recommend this Airbnb which is a rare gem in any case 👌

Tremendous condominium. Very good. The apartment very comfortable and equipped, with washer and dryer for example. The private pool very sheltered. Water a bit cold but pleasant. We found the apartment through Airbnb and it was a great choice. The possibility of having breakfast or cooking at home is a plus. To get to the dining area you have to drive, 5 minutes by car.

We had such a great time staying here for a week. The Conceirge, Leo, is so welcoming and knowledgeable. The condo we stayed at felt like home immediately. It’s a magical place that sets the mood with beautiful plants and inspiring architecture. It also has great amenities like a private spa, security, great water pressure (it’s not like that everywhere in Tulum) and reliable high speed internet. Great location for enjoying downtown and beach area. We will return.

The entire apartment is full of ants and insects. There is mold on the walls. We stayed for 3 nights and not even once did they change towels or offer to bring additional ones beyond the 1 each person received
