Wonderful apartment number 1, private entrance, beautifully and modernly furnished. Pool and roof access, quiet area, lots of restaurants and shops. The apartment has everything you need, kitchen, pots, plates, cutlery, pour-over coffee maker. Comfortable beds, working air conditioning. Clean, tidy, pleasant. Perfect for a longer stay.

Two years ago I made the worse decision by paying the company Lapamex to purchase Condo/Unit #5 and after trying 6 times to finish the process. move in, and get the keys of what I though was mine, the owners of the company and their legal representative Grace Collins lied to me. It has been two years of attorneys fees, trip from the US to Tulum, phone calls, emails, etc. and nothing has been done. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY, ESPECIALLY IF YOU DO NOT LIVE IN MEXICO. I have not received my money back nor the condo I paid for.

Had a great stay at this centrally located and convenient spot in Aldea Zama! The penthouse includes a private rooftop access with a plunge pool and sunbeds. The place is really quiet and I was able to work online. Laundry is also available. I had everything I needed in this cozy space and Grace was very helpful! I got wine and fruit in the fridge as a welcome gift..she makes you feel at home! I'll come back soon. Thank you Grace for the great experience!

Skyline Tulum is beautiful. In a great location, wonderful for kids. And received a welcome basket! Would very highly recommend!

Absolutely horrible, loud construction constantly. Water went out for a day, electricity and WiFi go out constantly! Tiny apartments. Incredibly overpriced!

You tried to force us to sign a bad contract. We were letting our lawyer work with Grace to negotiate all the details. You're right that you didn't negotiate in good faith.
