So crazy!!!!This building has very strange and stupid rules. The pool doesn't open before 9am for no apparent reason. I arrived at 8:30am and there was no difference between the two times. The gym is by appointment only, several days in advance, although it's almost always empty(

The apartment was initially as described. Then, upon closer inspection, it turned out to be heavily soiled. (see pictures) - Cockroaches in the kitchen (refrigerator) - Oven completely dirty - Refrigerator food residue - Dishes in the cabinets dirty - Floor and cabinets (hair and dust everywhere)

My sister and I stayed in apartment A104 of Urban Tower in Playa del Carmen for 12 days and the experience was excellent. The apartment is modern, comfortable and very well equipped for an extended stay. The building offers high-quality recreational facilities: rooftop pool with barbecue area, cinema room, children's playroom and an additional pool on the ground floor, which makes the stay very pleasant and varied. The location is convenient, close to services and the main areas of interest, but at the same time peaceful for resting. Overall, it is a highly recommendable accommodation for its comfort, its complete facilities and the quality of the amenities offered. We will return!!!☺️

Absolutely beautiful apartments, Studio A104 has everything you need for either a short or long stay. Amazing leisure facilities with rooftop swimming pool and BBQ as well as cinema, kids play room, ground floor swimming pool.
