I enjoy this neighborhood with the large pool, tennis court, and grill area close to the pool. It is not overly loud in the evenings. The security at the gate is pleasant and helpful. I am glad that Hum was able to provide us with such a great place to vacation with our family of 11. I would recommend them for securing a place here in La Privada. The pool and hot tub were great here at the house also. I would not mind making this location every year.

The staff is incredible way better than a few years ago

Much delay in the pen to access. The paddle court lacking maintenance, paint and has no bench where belongings can be placed. The place very dark. At night. Lack of lighting.

Gorgeous little community with beautiful and unique homes.

I recently stayed at a private residence in Aldea Zama and was blown away by the incredible security. To enter, you must have either an owner or guest card; otherwise, you can't get in. This makes it extremely safe for visitors. We were very grateful that our manager explained this during check-in, saving us from any awkward waits. It's an amazing place to relax. The amenities, like the paddle court and the pools, are beautiful and always well-maintained. It's the best place in Tulum, and I would return in a heartbeat.
