Good for large families

Great spot!

I rented room 101 B and it's just a bedroom with a private bathroom, it has absolutely nothing else, no mini fridge to have something cold to drink, no electric kettle. The building and common space are beautiful! But be careful, don't be fooled by the photos, as they publish complete apartments with a kitchen and in this case it was "just the room" (pay attention that there are also complete apartments, the listing is confusing). Don't be fooled by the photos! Also the shower is very poorly designed, the entire bathroom got soaked (and there was nothing to divert the water) and the dressing room inside the bathroom, without a wall to separate it 🤦🏻‍♀️. Anyway, it's only good for staying 1 night... A disappointment...

Comfortable facilities, central location, has very friendly staff

Very good condominium. Comfortable in many ways, close to everything. Very nice terrace, the pool is beautiful and the apartments are spectacular. Ideal for couples to go and spend a few days with great tranquility and comfort.

Booked a stay for 4 nights and on our last night there our safe was broken into and we were robbed. Watches, jewelry and even a head shaver… We were in room 101 and it is a joint room with 101B, my friend and I were headed up to the pool in the morning and saw 2 cleaning ladies cleaning the apartment next to us (101B) and we thought nothing of it as the people next to us had checked out, because there’s a door between the 2 apartments anyone with a key can easily come onto the other side, when we came back from the pool about 2 hours later they were no longer there (we assumed that was the only apartment who checked out that day) again we went about our day until we went to open the safe to get some extra cash out and all of our belongings were gone (safe looks tampered with) The front desk girl pretended not to understand a single thing I was saying even though we were talking to her everyday prior to that We did contact the police and the police did come to the property but because we were leaving the next day they just shrugged it off and said if we “want” to file a complaint we can Also they refused to even tell us who the cleaning company is that they hired

When making the reservation, we requested a ground floor room for convenience and due to mobility issues, and we were told there would be no problem because the hotel had an elevator. However, Olga, who is in charge of renting the apartment, charged us that same day and when we arrived we found that the elevator has not been working for two weeks, and they tell us it will take another two weeks to be repaired. It seems dishonest to me that she didn't warn us. Even the administration staff told me the same thing, that she should have warned us... We called Olga and she said she couldn't do anything and that she had no other rooms available. It's a five-story hotel, and the pool is on the fifth floor, so getting up there becomes a significant challenge for anyone who has difficulty with stairs. More accurate information before arriving would have made a big difference in our experience.
