Hello! My name is Federico. I'm looking for a roommate to share a two-story house in a "vecindad" near Reforma 222. The room is 10 m2, furnished with a bed, closets, carpet, desk and chair. Natural lighting with a window facing the patio. There are options for other furniture in the house to complete according to the person's needs. The rent includes utilities such as gas, internet, water and electricity, plus a cleaning lady who helps me twice a week. There is one full bathroom shared and 2 half baths. Kitchen with lots of gadgets hehe, Dining room, TV room, rooftop, patio and lots of plants. The cost is $12,000.00 per month.
