We're in Condesa, one of the nicest neighborhoods in the city, calm but lively, with a ton of restaurants and bars just steps away. You'd be 5 minutes from Parque España and 15 from Parque México. *The room:* a bright, super quiet furnished suite with your own bathroom, closet, and a desk/second screen setup if you need to work from home. ✨ *Dates:* October 1 through January/February (open to shorter stays, ideally 1 month+) *Price:* 16,000 MXN/month, all-inclusive - WiFi, water, electricity, gas, and weekly cleaning.
